Two Guys Flies operates The Fly Market, an online marketplace connecting anglers with independent fly tyers, guides, and lodges. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the marketplace and fulfill orders, including:

• Customers: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order history.
• Vendors: business/contact name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payout information required to sell on the platform.
• Payment information: processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment gateway — Two Guys Flies never stores your full credit card number on our servers.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share customer or vendor contact information with any third party for marketing or any other purpose — ever.

The only exception is order fulfillment: when you place an order, your relevant contact and shipping information (such as your name, address, and email) is shared with the specific vendor fulfilling that order, solely so they can prepare, ship, or deliver your purchase, guided trip, or lodging reservation. Vendors are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose.

Every vendor on The Fly Market signs a Vendor Waiver & Confidentiality Agreement before joining the platform. This agreement legally requires that any customer information they receive is kept strictly confidential and used only to fulfill the order it was provided for — it may never be sold, shared, retained beyond what’s needed, or used for outside marketing.

How We Protect Your Information

Vendor Media & Content Ownership

All photos, videos, product images, and other media uploaded by vendors to The Fly Market remain the sole property of that vendor and are protected under copyright law. Vendors retain full ownership of their media at all times; Two Guys Flies displays this content solely to facilitate listings on the marketplace and does not claim any ownership rights over it.

Cookies & Site Analytics

We use cookies to track your session — such as keeping items in your cart, keeping you logged in, and remembering your preferences as you browse.
