Questions property owners ask.
Can I offer private water without lodging?
Yes. You can apply to offer private fishing access, lodging or both. Only list access you own or are authorized to provide, and clearly explain fishing rules and any permit requirements.
Can you copy my Airbnb, Vrbo or existing website listing?
We help recreate your property listing from information and photos you are authorized to use. Share your existing listing link during setup. Accounts, reviews and bookings already held by another platform stay with that platform.
How do calendar connections work?
Our custom Channel Manager imports and exports iCalendar feeds for each supported bookable property. Updates happen periodically and depend on the connected platforms. This coordinates availability, not rates, payments or guest records. Automatic emails are sent for new bookings and product orders, but delivery is not guaranteed to be instantaneous. Monitor your Vendor Dashboard and promptly update other calendars when needed.
What happens if I need to cancel a double booking?
The property owner resolves conflicting reservations. No marketplace cancellation penalty applies when a host cancels a confirmed double booking within 24 hours of that booking’s confirmation. The customer receives a full refund, and the host pays any processing fees the processor does not return. This does not waive another platform’s charges. See the double-booking policy for details.
Who pays for a fraud-related chargeback?
The Fly Market absorbs the unrecovered payment and processor dispute fees for qualifying fraud-related chargebacks when the host properly provided the booked service and neither the host nor marketplace caused an error. Hosts must cooperate with booking and fulfillment records. This is not blanket protection for every dispute or cancellation. See the fraud-related chargeback policy.
What does it cost to get started?
Professional setup is free, with zero upfront setup cost and a standard 9% marketplace commission. Actual payment-processing charges are separate. There is no standard listing, monthly or mandatory marketing fee. See our Property Vendor Terms & Conditions for the commission calculation, payout schedule and cancellation policies. Separately confirmed promotional or individual rates may apply.
Do I need to stop using other booking platforms?
No. Keep your existing listings and use supported iCal connections to help coordinate availability. You remain responsible for accurate pricing, guest rules and availability on each platform.
